Frank VOGEL was a tailor in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

At the age of 6 years, his parents removed to Wyandot Co., Ohio, where they remained three years, when they moved back to Pennsylvania and stayed there one year, and the removed to Richland Co OH. He was married, July 24, 1873, to Emma WOLF, who was born in Richland Co and has always lived here; they have one child. This was a blurb from a Richland Co OH history. Does anyone know this gentleman's parents names and his ancestry?
